You’re always free to leave, and when you do, we mean it properly.
If you have the app in front of you, this is the fastest way. Open the app, go to your Dashboard, tap the gear icon for Settings, then choose “Delete my account and all my data.” Follow the steps from there and you’re done.
If you can’t get into the app, email us instead. Send a message to privacy@centrepointlifestyle.io from the address on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.
This removes everything: your account, your journal and voice notes, your check-ins, your photos, all of it. It comes out of our systems straight away and is fully cleared, including from trash and backups, within 30 days.
